without creating an account we strongly recommend that

Search and Login Help
Use keywords for the product you are looking for. Keywords
can be the name of the movie, actor, director, musician, or
producer. For example, if searching for SHOLAY consider some
of the following keywords: Sholay, Amitabh, Amitabh Bachchan,
Bachchan, G. P. Sippy, Sippy, R. D. Burman. Please note that
the search is not casesensitive. Please DO NOT USE "
" marks around the keywords. If you forgot your password
use the link provided on the login section and it will be
emailed to your e-mail address provided at the time of registration.

How do I get started?
By following these easy steps:
1. Browse through our merchandise selection by using our search
feature, or using different categories on the left navigation/menu
on the ezStore screen.
2. Click on the "Add to basket" button for each
item you want to put in your shopping basket. This handy shopping
basket helps to keep track of your selections.
3. Review the items in your shopping basket by clicking on
the "view your basket" button. You can change your
selection before you checkout or the actual order is placed.
4. When you're ready to place your order online (checkout),
complete the billing and shipping (if different) information
on the order form and submit it. If you have an ezStore account
your billing info will already be there.
5. Choose your preferred payment method and enter your credit
card number. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
6. Your order is on its way and will be filled promptly!
How do I pay online and is it safe?
By credit card, for your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard
and American Express. To keep your information confidential
and fully encrypted from start to finish, ezStore/ezBollywood.com
uses state-of-the-art Internet security with Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) technology. Once the order has been received,
we'll confirm it with you via e-mail. This allows you to check
your purchase and contact us, if necessary.
How do I place an order?
You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! To place an order
submit your credit card information online.
Currently we accept only online orders.
Is there sales tax?
The sales tax implies to all New Jersey customers. It will
be added to you purchase automatically.
What about shipping?
ezStore currently serves only in the U.S. For your convenience
we offer following shipping option.
Shipping within the U.S. :
By Mail - All U.S. orders are shipped via the USPS and will
be delivered within 3-5 business days.
How can I check on my order?
Send an e-mail to ezstore, be sure to include
your order number, name, zip code, date of purchase, item(s)
purchased and payment information. Once you have received
your delivery tracking/confirmation number from us you may
check the delivery status of your package at: http://www.usps.com/cttgate/welcome.htm
What if I want to exchange or return
something?
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it to us for an even exchange (same
product) only. The product must be returned in the same condition
with original packaging. Please note that you are responsible
for shipping both ways. There will be a 15% restocking fee
on all returns. You MAY NOT return or exchange anyitem,
unless the item is defective or there was an error in shipping
on our end. Any defective item can be exchanged ONLY for the
SAME TITLE.
We would pay for shipping only if there was an error on our
side. No cash refund will be issued in any situation.
