Policies
This page is all about avoiding a delay in processing your
order. Also, please read the return/exchange policy carefully

How to avoid a delay in processing
your order
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address
and telephone number--the address and phone number your
credit card company has on file for you. This information
can be found on your monthly credit card statement or please
contact your credit card bank/company.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your
order. If you would like your order to be shipped to an
address other than the billing address, please call your
credit card company and have it added to your record as
an alternative address. We must be able to verify and/or
contact both, the billing and shipping addresses.

Returns - und items:
All und items may be returned within 30 days of your
product's shipping date for a store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The store credit can only be used towards the same item
and the price must be equal or more than the price of the
original item. The store credit and returns are subject
to the approval from us. There will be a 15% restocking
fee on all returns. The product must be returned in
the same condition with original packaging. The customer
is responsible for the shipping charges on all returns.
We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages.
Returns -d items:
You MAY NOT return or exchange anyd items.
Exchange - Damaged/defective items ONLY
Defective item must be reported within 15 days of your product's
shipping date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You MAY NOT exchange anyd or und item, unless
the item is defective or there was an error in shipping
on our end. The defective item can be exchanged ONLY for
the SAME TITLE.
We are not responsible for any manufacturing defects and
they must be dealt directly with the manufacture. For example,
audio problems or missing a title menu or compatibility
issues with your DVD player. All sales are final and no
refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Do not send any returns without contacting us first. There
are no exceptions in the Return Policy above. If you have
any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, please

prior to placing your order.
Inventory availability and backorders
We cannot guarantee that a listed title will
actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly
from day to day. In rare cases, a title may be in stock
when you place your order, and sold out by the time your
order is processed. If a title from your order is unavailable,
you will be notified prior to the complition(credit card
processing and shipping) of your order.
Backorders (out of stock items)
ezBollywood will make every effort to get backordered item(s)
re-stocked as soon as possible, usually within 10 to 15
days. If we haven't been able to locate and ship the item(s)
to you in 30 days, items on backorder will be cancelled.
